Constipation – If you are suffering with constipation you will be having an infrequent bowel movement. Approximately 20% of people suffer from constipation on a regular basis.
Why am I constipated?
The majority of people that suffer with constipation are suffering with obstructive constipation. This is whereby the stool is being blocked within the colon.
How do I know I am constipated?
You would be considered as having constipation if you do 3 or less stools per week. Some of the symptoms of constipation are; difficulty/straining when trying to excrete faeces and incomplete bowel evacuation.
A full body analysis and cleanse at the Natural Health Clinic will likely find the cause of constipation, and a program can be given to treat and prevent it.
IF you would like more information about constipation or would like to book an appointment please call the numbers above.

“I had been suffering with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) for many years before going to see Dr Stephen Ferguson at the natural health clinic. I have been to see Chinese herbal doctors, allergy doctors and my GP so many times, that I have lost count. I thought that I would have to suffer with these problems for the rest of my life and I had given up hope. I had to change profession because of my constipation, diarrhoea and migraine problems. My migraines were so bad it would feel like my eyes were going to pop out of my head. After just 1 week of seeing Dr Stephen Ferguson all of my health issues were gone and I also was able to halve my body fat. Dr Stephen Ferguson's Multivitamin PH Balancer has really hepled me so much and given me so much more energy. I am so thankful and grateful to Dr Stephen Ferguson, I owe everything to him, thank you”.
