Milkwort

This is a perennial plant that grows on dry and rocky soils. The leaves at the base of the leaf form a rosette while the ones on the stem are oblong and ovate. The flowers grow in racemes and their colour differs from blue to rose or white.

Properties and Use

This plant can be used for coughs and respiratory problems, for lack of appetite or it can increase the milk flow in nursing mothers.
