Mullein I
This is a biennial plant that grows wild on fields. It has obovate-lanceolate light-green leaves that form a rosette on the ground and alternate along the stem. The flowers are sessile, bright yellow and grow in long cylindrical spikes.
Properties and Use
This plant is highly recommended for respiratory problems, sore throat and serious coughs. It is also a diuretic eliminating excessive water and an antispasmodic, being recommended for digestive cramps.
