Pansy

This is an annual plant that can be found in the wild but it is also highly cultivated as an ornamental flower. The leaves are ovate to lanceolate with serrate edges and the axillary flowers differ in colour, from violet to white, yellow and orange and they are solitary.

Properties and Use

This plant is used for constipation, for urinary problems eliminating excessive water from the body and it also promotes perspiration. It is also a good remedy for arteriosclerosis, rheumatism and chest problems.
