Asparagus is a perennial plant that is mostly cultivated but can also grow wild. The edible part of the plant are the young shoots that the root produces. The adult plant produces bell shaped white flowers. The fruits are red berries.
Properties and Use
It increases activity in kidney cells and it is accelerating the rate of digestion. It is recommended for nausea and stomach pains.
